Hanscom Air Force Base Training
Sign up for a free personal training session and meet one on one with Andrew at the HAFB gym. We will sit down and discuss your goals and injuries before we get started. From there we will go over an example workout session based on what we discuss. Afterwards if you think we are a good fit for each other, we can continue to work together on a weekly basis. The most successful clients meet twice a week for one hour sessions, but I can do anywhere between 1-3 times a week for hour or half hour sessions.
Ideally you will find time each week to workout on your own and go over what we practice together. I will make small achievable goals for you to work on in your free time, and progressively move you in to a more challenging program.
Training at Hanscom is available to all who have base access Mon-Fri 5:30am-7:30pm and Sat 8:00am-2:00pm.
