How Personal Training Works
In-home personal training is great for people who either don't like gyms, or don't have the time to travel to a gym. With Eppinger Fitness in-home personal training you won't have to worry about a thing, we bring the gym to you! Between TRX bands, dumbbells, resistance bands, aerobic steps, and mats, you can be sure to get a great workout at home with minimal space required.
Sign up for a free personal training session and meet one on one with Andrew at your home. We will sit down and discuss your goals and injuries before we get started. From there we will go over an example workout session based on what we discuss. Afterwards if you think we are a good fit for each other, we can continue to work together on a weekly basis. The most successful clients meet twice a week for one hour sessions, but I can do anywhere between 1-3 times a week for one hour sessions. For in-home training only one hour sessions are available.
Ideally you will find time each week to workout on your own and go over what we practice together. I will make small achievable goals for you to work on in your free time, and progressively move you in to a more challenging program.
In-home training is available Mon-Fri 5:30am-7:30pm and Sat 8:00am-2:00pm.
