I started working with Andrew when he was at Hanscom AFB in 2013. I wanted to find someone who could help hold me accountable and teach me how to exercise.
After two years of personal training with Andrew I lost 100 lbs. Five years later I have still been able to keep it off. He even bought me a cake to celebrate.
A coworker recommended Andrew to me at Hanscom. I have never worked out regularly in my life and hoped to just start moving a little.
Eventually I lost 108 lbs. I never thought I would run a 5k in my life and now I even pass a few people!
And not just the ones that tripped...
I lost a few toes in the past few years due to some unfortunate health problems. The doctors said I needed to start working out. I saw Andrew training a few people at my apartment complex and walked right up to him for help.
Now I am down 80 lbs and can't believe the difference he has made.
George was a 95 year old WWII veteran who didn't start working out until he was 90. After his wife passed away shortly after his 90th birthday, his daughter brought him in to start working out. He was hesitant at first, but it made a big difference. He made substantial progress in both balance and flexibility.
Andrew trained me throughout my pregnancy and he helped me get back to my pre-pregnancy weight.
